Alfeeha Return Policy

⚠️ Important Notice: Most Alfeeha products are FINAL SALE. Only items explicitly marked as "Return Eligible" at checkout qualify for returns.
1. Return Eligibility
- Only products with "Return Eligible" designation
 - Request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
 - Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
 - Original packaging must be intact
 
2. Non-Returnable Items
- All products without "Return Eligible" badge
 - Sale/clearance items
 - Accessories (bags, belts, etc.)
 - Used or damaged items
 
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at alfeeha2024@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery
 - Subject line: Return Request - [Order Number]
 - Include photos of the product in original condition
 - Wait for approval email with return instructions
 
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds (If Approved)
- Processed within 14 business days after receiving return
 - Original shipping fees are non-refundable
 - 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
 - Refunds issued to original payment method only
 
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us at alfeeha2024@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
 - Clear photos of damage/defect
 - Packaging photos
