Alfeeha Return Policy

⚠️ Important Notice: Most Alfeeha products are FINAL SALE. Only items explicitly marked as "Return Eligible" at checkout qualify for returns.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Only products with "Return Eligible" designation
  • Request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • All products without "Return Eligible" badge
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Accessories (bags, belts, etc.)
  • Used or damaged items

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at alfeeha2024@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery
  2. Subject line: Return Request - [Order Number]
  3. Include photos of the product in original condition
  4. Wait for approval email with return instructions
Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds (If Approved)

  • Processed within 14 business days after receiving return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
  • Refunds issued to original payment method only

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us at alfeeha2024@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of damage/defect
  • Packaging photos
